As a Managing Director, Mads Jorge draws on his extensive public and private markets investment experience to identify and evaluate potential opportunities for Transom. Prior to Transom, he spent his career in public equity investing at various firms including Ivory Investment Management and Citadel. Before the move to the public markets, Mads worked in private equity at both Soros Fund Management and Bain Capital. Mads started his career in Investment banking, mainly in M&A and leveraged finance, at Donaldson, Lufkin, and Jenrette. Throughout his career Mads has developed deep expertise in fundamental investing while building a solid roster of relationships across asset classes.

Mads graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
