Paul played collegiate football and completed his first marathon in 2025.
As an Associate on the M&A Team, Paul is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and conducting due diligence on investment opportunities, as well as working with Transom’s portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Transom, Paul was an Investment Banking Associate at Stout, where he advised middle-market clients on M&A transactions. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Cascade Partners.
Paul earned his B.S. in Finance and M.B.A., with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship, from Wayne State University’s Mike Ilitch School of Business, graduating magna cum laude.
