Growing up an “Army Brat” in Europe, Erika now calls California home and enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog, and cheering her daughter on in basketball.
As Transom’s Senior Executive Assistant, Erika oversees the administrative support function while also assisting with various HR responsibilities and operational needs across the Firm.
Prior to joining Transom, Erika was an Executive Assistant supporting the Head of Private Credit at Crescent Capital Group, as well as the President and Managing Director at Crescent Capital BDC, Inc. Before this, she was the Senior Executive Assistant to the Co-Founder at CIM Group. She spent the first part of her career working for the Merv Griffin Group of Companies, starting as an Executive Assistant to the President and CEO and ending as the Director of HR.
Erika earned a B.A. in Telecommunications from Pepperdine University.
