As Vice President of Business Development, Kaitlin Brophy thrives on building relationships and developing strong networks with investment bankers and business leaders.

Prior to joining Transom, Kaitlin was a Senior Associate at Monomoy Capital Partners in New York City, focused on originating and qualifying new investment opportunities. During her time at Monomoy, Kaitlin was responsible for sourcing new platforms and add-on acquisitions across manufacturing, distribution and consumer products industries. Previously, she was with GLG, a leading expert network, where she supported Private Equity clients throughout the deal lifecycle.

Kaitlin received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Concentration in Psychology from Columbia University in New York City.
