Kaitlin played D1 lacrosse at Columbia University.
As Vice President, Business Development at Transom, Kaitlin establishes and expands relationships with investment bankers and other intermediaries in the pursuit of platform and add-on investments for the firm.
Prior to joining Transom, Kaitlin was a Senior Associate at Monomoy Capital Partners, where she focused on originating and qualifying new platform and add-on investment opportunities across manufacturing, distribution and consumer products industries. Previously, she was with expert network firm GLG, where she supported private equity clients throughout the deal lifecycle.
Kaitlin earned a B.A. in Political Science with a Concentration in Psychology from Columbia University.
