While at Northwestern, Luke played on the varsity baseball and football teams.
As a Principal on the Business Development Team, Luke is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and cultivating new investment opportunities, as well as building and maintaining relationships with intermediaries, executives, and business owners. He plays a key role in driving deal origination efforts, supporting transaction execution, and expanding the firm’s network across its target sectors.
Prior to joining Transom, Luke spent a decade as an investment banker in the Diversified Industries Group at J.P. Morgan. During his tenure, he advised on and executed a broad range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and equity-linked offerings, investment grade and high-yield debt issuances, and bank financings. His M&A experience includes buy-side and sell-side engagements for large public and private companies, as well as corporate carve-outs, cross-border transactions, and business valuations.
Luke earned a B.S. from Northwestern University and a master’s degree from the Northwestern Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
