When he’s not working, Albert loves getting outside and making memories in nature with his two young children.
As Vice President, Finance of Transom, Albert partners with leadership teams of portfolio companies on operational improvements and finance-related activities, implementing scalable solutions that enhance financial performance.
Prior to joining Transom, Albert was an investment banker at Guggenheim Securities, advising public and private clients on complex strategic and financial transactions. Earlier in his career, Albert was a management consultant in EY’s M&A practice, where he focused on large-scale separations for Fortune 500 companies. He also played a key role in building EY’s West Coast divestiture practice.
Albert earned a B.A. in Economics from UCLA and an MBA with distinction from NYU’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business. Albert is both a CPA and CFA charterholder.
