As an Associate. Operations at Transom, Max supports the Operations team and portfolio companies’ leadership on value creation and financial transformation initiatives, as well as other finance-related activities.
Prior to joining Transom, Max was an Associate in KPMG’s Deal Advisory and Strategy practice, where he advised private equity and corporate clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions, primarily in the technology and financial services industries.
Max earned a B.S. in Accounting and Finance and an M.B.A. in Financial Analysis from Indiana University. Max is also a licensed CPA.
