In his spare time, Tim enjoys cooking, skiing, and mountain biking with his wife and two children.
As Vice President, Finance of Transom, Tim partners with leadership teams of portfolio companies on operational improvements, integrations, and finance-related activities.
Prior to joining Transom, Tim led investment banking and distressed workout activities for a lower middle market advisory firm in Michigan. Prior to that, Tim spent 13 years with FTI Consulting where he helped to formalize and grow FTI’s Private Equity Value Creation Practice. He also led engagements for Private Equity clients in Business Transformation, Performance Improvement, Operational and Commercial Due Diligence and Post-Merger Integration. Early in his career, Tim led cross-border Due Diligence and Post-Merger Integration initiatives with AECOM, a global Architecture and Engineering firm.
Tim earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business. Tim is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
