As an Associate, Max partners with the executive leadership teams of Transom’s portfolio companies on value creation and financial transformation initiatives, as well as other finance related activities.

Prior to joining Transom, Max was an Associate in KPMG’s Deal Advisory and Strategy practice advising private equity and corporate clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions, primarily in the technology and financial services industries.

Max is a licensed CPA, holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance, and a Masters of Business Administration in Financial Analysis from Indiana University.
